You're a big time head coach, who do you pick b/w AU, UA, and UT?

I haven't really kept up with coaching searches or how likely Dooley and Chizik are to be fired, but I know there is a decent chance all three have vacancies.
So if you were a coach and all three were offering the position for lets say the same compensation, where would you go?
I would probably pick Auburn, then UT, then Arky.
Mainly due to recruiting, but also Auburn and UT have a good amount of talent to inherit.
Its a tough choice between Auburn and UT though. I feel the right coach at UT could come in and win the east pretty quickly and challenge for a conference championship.
Like I said, for the sake of argument, lets say salary is equal, but what other things would you consider?

UT
Tennessee is one good coach away from a couple of national championships IMO.

No one has ever had any trouble recruiting elite talent to Tennessee if they were even halfway decent. Hell, fricking Dooley has pulled in all top 15 classes and he has not been to a single HS football game during his tenure.

For living conditions, Fayetteville is not bad (it is definitely NOT Little Rock) and would be the closest to home, and Auburn would be fairly close to home (for me), and is also nice. Just as a personal preference, of the three locations, Knoxville would probably be tops for me, but would be furthest from home. I also hate the Orange, so for the uniforms, I like Auburn the best (and they're UA not Nike, so that's another in Auburn's column).
I like the traditions of Tennessee the best (save for one glaring, freakin' almost non-negotiable exception..........), but recruiting would be tougher than Auburn, although easier than Arkansas.
Auburn's personality disorder probably wins over "Rocky Top" and the distasteful calling of the hogs. So, I guess my choice would be, "WarEagleTigerPlainsmenBeatBama"?
ETA: I would also be encouraged to hate Bama as much, or more, than I do already. I would attempt a r'approachment with LSU, as I recall the rivalry being more friendly pre-Tubberville.

UT and Auburn are vastly superior jobs to Arkansas. Auburn is in a much better location for recruiting, the state of Tennessee is terrible at putting out HS talent.

UT. Obvious advantage over AU in that you "own" (in theory) the state. You are the state school with tons of support including an 85K seat stadium that they squeeze 100K+ in when you are winning. As Kiffin showed, you can still recruit to UT.
Arky is tougher to recruit to historically for whatever reason, and they've never maintained top 2 position in the West for more than a year or two at a time.
I think AU could be a great job, but there are a ton of administrative issues that complicate it. You have to think about AU in a different light b/c at AU Jay Jacobs would be your boss...and he's an absolute idiot (and puppet).

UT
Texas, not Tennessee. Easier road to a championship every year.
frick coaching in the SEC at any school besides Alabama.

Its not that bad anymore. Its not great, but people keep comparing it to Kentucky or other states like that when that is not true. Hell, Saban goes after Tennessee players every year.

UT have always out-recruited Auburn until like 3 years ago. but Fulmer underachieved with more talent. Tubs overachieved with less talent.
Auburn and Clemson pulling in top 5 classes recently is still a mystery to me. heck Auburn even beat out Alabama in recruiting 2 years ago.

Meh. No need to defend it. It is pretty bad. Fulmer and Kiffin had the right idea in terms of recruiting
1. Georgia
2. Florida
3. The Carolinas
4. AL, MS, CA, TX, TN, LA

You're making me rethink my intial choice... I don't think I'd make it a season at Rocky Top, though. I would deliberately NOT score, to NOT hear that f*cking song played by the band. I'm afraid that visceral reaction would cause me to get fired.
I guess if I were winning at Auburn, I could just pretend Jacobs didn't exist, right? I have a contract, and they're not going to fire a guy who wins 9 games or more every year. So I would do what I have done in the past and just pretended that people I do not like at my job do not exist.
That would work until I started losing, right?

People keep bringing up recruiting on this board even though Tennessee has produced the most elite players in the NFL behind only Miami.
