I watch a fair amount of baseball and it looks like the runner on third baited him enough for him to throw it home. After throwing hard all game and then trying to lob one in with some touch it sailed on him.

Or a bagman visited before the game. That's all I got.

Best part was the catcher jumping up and violently pointing toward 1st and he still throws it 15 ft in the air.
