Has it been talked about as to whose hand that is on her shoulder? Looks like his hands are both behind his head. You can't see the right one, but I think it is too based on how his upper right pec looks. It also doesn't look caveman-like enough to be his hand. It can't be her hand based on the positioning.
Whose hand is that? That makes this picture about 10x worse.
