The last two times AU went undefeated no one thought it was possible.

Same shite different year..
2003-04 season mediocre
2009-10 season mediocre
2011-12 season

not gonna happen...especially with two new coordinators. Also, whos Auburn's starting QB again? Last time I checked Auburn Defense was atrocious. Oh and they just lost Michael Dyer to Ark St. Theyre looking at a 9 win season.

It must be breaking news to you if you think they will somehow go undefeated this season without their best player.

While MD was a great player and will be missed, RB is probably the easiest position to replace in college FB.

and dude was a spice smoking cancer... not saying it's addition by subtraction, but it was pretty obvious he was a pretty sh*tty person.

but we aren't winning 11 games, or whatever... 10 would be a STRETCH.

Having great OL play will ease Dyer leaving. How is AU's OL looking this upcoming season? Not knocking AU or anything but a 9 win season seems realistic...

No one knows for sure. A lot more depth and talent than we had last year, but a a lot of inexperience as well (two strong O-line recruiting classes have to start producing and living up to their potential). AU fans are expecting substantial improvement over last year, but we will see.

That would be a good season. 8 or 9 is what I expect, but could see scenarios where it is both better (like the OP) or worse (like all of the other Bama and LSU fans).

The 2010 AU OL was a very tough act to follow. That OL + Cam is what won you the NC. The OL for y'all that year was underrated.

Of course, the big one is LSU at Jordan-Hare on Sept. 22. I predict Auburn to do the unthinkable...at home, under the lights, early in the year

I will say this, as an LSU fan, I hate playing this game at Auburn, early in the year, in that afternoon CBS 2:30 slot. There is just something about that game that gives LSU fits and give credit too Jordan-Hare but I've been going to that game since 04 and they get LOUD. I'm not even gonna bring up refs or anything, give Auburn credit, they play us tough at Jordan-hare, I predict this to be our toughest road game this season.

Has potential. Sullen and Dismukes will be guaranteed quality. The rest did OK for underclassmen last year. If they live up to their recruiting stars and gel as a group they could be pretty good, not like the all senior 2010 squad, but pretty good.

Thank you.

Because of Cam, those 5 will NEVER get the credit they deserve.

OP has inside information that Cam Newton is leaving the Carolina Panthers and is returning to Auburn.

He didn't like the pay cut he received when he went to the NFL.
