Lol, ok boomer. Compared to lawrence, ks....Columbia, Mo has a larger population (123k vs 97k), a faster growth rate (46% vs 21% since 2000), and DOUBLE the GDP ($8.8 Billion vs $4.4 Billion) (lulz y'all are poors)

But at least BK785 thinks lawrence is better than Columbia

FWIW, we made your chalk white fans sweat for the duration of the game. Your team relied on thirty or so FTs to beat our little team.

it's alright. Lawrence is a fine college town. LSU people are just a bit dull and need to be educated sometimes (to the best of their cognitive abilities at least)

U.S. News Academic Rankings by State

This has little to do with LSU, but the State of Louisiana is 48th in education.

Exactly. Louisiana also has one of the worst economic outlooks of any state in the US.

Add kansas to that and I'm completely on board

But really, the three states you mentioned are abysmal. My God....

To be fair, the same could be said for my crummy state.

I'll rest my case. The states to south of me are just slightly more crummy.

I’ve never even talked about my clothing size on here. Are you 12? Momma let you out of the basement for Saturday night, Elle?

Unfortunately, no they aren't.

The NCAA is still overwhelmingly infested with kU alumni. A lasting result of their long-term headquarters in KCMO. I've seen rumors that something like 33% of the NCAA corporate level is still made up of kU grads...it's a major factor in their ability to skate by NCAA punishment. (Look up the last time they received a significant punishment from the NCAA...it took the FBI getting involved to just NOW uncover the shady activity they've been engaged with for decades)

Tennessee is not crummy at all. I think both Tennessee and Missouri are both very middle-of-the-pack in most metrics of US states.

That being said, the South in general is definitely crummy. The culture is charming but everything else is
