I remember feeling the same way when Spurrier was at UF. The only real difference is that Gator fans didn't bother faking nice. They were just straight up dickheads.

Technically with Florida, it's one extreme or the other. It's either jorts and a tank top or too much gel and an affliction shirt. Both usually have a tribal band tattoo.

I have Bama fatigues. Full body houndstooth, extra pockets for the tallboys, and weights sewn into the seams to make it hard to catch anything mobile. They're pretty comfy.

We sucked, losing all our major rivalry games for several years before this latest run, so I really do hate that it upsets other fans.
Y'all should have known Bama wouldn't be down for long and enjoyed it more while you could.
Just like we know this run of averaging a NC about every other season won't last forever so we are enjoying it while it lasts.
But if you think UA is going to go back to sucking like they did more often than not between Stallings and Saban, then you are sadly mistaken.
UT and Ole Miss and Ark to a degree are improving, but as long as Bama keeps setting the bar higher then fans will clamour for new coaches at their schools as they fire coaches who average 10 wins and have even won conf or national championships, and all that does is set their program back.
There is no Nick Saban to be found each year.
