Of course, a Bama fan's 12-year-old son would say this..

We all know a young male LSU fan would never shoot birds or cuss at opposing fans.

I would like a list of other things to do in Alabama (not including relatives).

1. Play golf
2. Go out to dinner
3. Play tennis
4. Hunt
5. Fish
6. Go to one of the numerous state parks
7. Go shopping
8. Etc.....

Pretty much the same things there are to do in Louisiana except for the "family friendly" French quarter in New Orleans.

Goes to show how much it sucks to live in Alabama. They all move to TN, GA and FL if they have the money.

I was born in New Orleans and left there as soon as I could. If there is one city you do NOT want to be stuck in (aka live in) it is New Orleans. Even Atlanta is preferable to New Orleans, and I would not live in Atlanta if you paid me.

There’s a lot of younger posters here and many of us were in school in 07-09. I don’t think children really know what being a fan is until they are at least 13-15 years old. Up until then it’s just whatever your parents tell you.

Well remove the first two and you are right.

I get what you're saying. Everyone loves a winner. Same goes for Patriot fans. Their fan base doubled once they started winning Superbowls.

Only if you list all you gave up in life to devote your life to trolling Alabama over one game.

I know plenty that claim that they are Alabama fans. They don't even know where Tuscaloosa is at much less been to school or game there.

In my experience the "bandwagon" fans that started loving Alabama when we got good are usually low income, uneducated out of staters. I don't really know anybody like that personally, but that is what I'm told by those friends who are randomly accosted at grocery stores because they have on an Alabama shirt.

Weirdly most on this board seem to know a lot of these folks. Are these the types all of you hang out with? Are all of you poor, uneducated rednecks too? Are these your neighbors? Do you work on the assembly line with them? I need more information on where you come across these folks.

Yes, Clemson has won as many NC as LSU, congrats...
although Alabama has won 5 times as many as both.....
