My absolute favorite part of this hire is how many of the Alabama talking points against BK are now being excused.
I specifically remember Alabama posters laughing at LSU posters for bringing up BK's division II wins.

That's mainly because y'all don't want to discuss his record vs the top 25, p5 conference championship, or playoff win. I'm sure Kelly had all those things too

The fit is similar except BK had recruited a little better and he had spent time recruiting the South. BK is also not an idiot. I can guarantee you if BK would’ve been taking over for Saban 85% or more of the defensive staff would be staying.
