When they found out, Tennessee cooperated fully with the investigation. This case, Tennessee didn't cheat. The NCAA is trying to make a retroactive rule.

The difference between us is that I hope we get hammered if we are guilty of running afoul of the NCAA, because I am not a little homer like you.
It appears to me that your NIL was promoting Tennessee athletics to recruits which is in violation of NIL rules, and the guy that runs Spyre was saying so publicly at the time they were doing it. If UF was doing the same then we deserve to be punished as well.
Florida is cooperating, Tennessee is not. We will see what happens.
The difference, which is worth pointing out, is Florida fans aren't posting every 30 seconds about how unfair the NCAA is. We all know there are biases, and both our schools probably get better treatment than other, smaller schools.

We don't need an investigation. We know what happened. The NCAA made a rule and then tried to apply that rule retroactively.

You seem to know that rules have been violated. Explain how you came to your conclusion.
The accusation against UGA was made days ago, and not one single person from that university has tried to dispute that accusation.

I haven't come to any conclusion. Just looking at it though, it is going to be tough to separate Spyre from recruiting. But that is just my opinion, I don't have all the facts.
I don't know anything about the UGA connection. Can you post a link please?
