Background on offense with at least a couple of years as a playcaller at the P-5/NFL level, ideally having a track record of success with multiple QBs. Strong reputation as a recruiter. Recruiting? P5 experience? Offensive background? Have a system? Organization? Reputation in coaching community? Ability to develop QB?

Obviously most of those things but I don't think P5 is a must but having a "system" along with QB development is a must. But you also have to be innovative
