I may be wrong….but it’s my understanding that NIL does not have any clear guidelines as to what is ok and what is not ok.

You're not wrong. However, the NCAA will write their own rules for NIL becuse of you. They will punish LSU just to let everyone know what the rules are.
Then you go hire someone else who broke rules too? That's the definition of asking for it.

And you still haven't shown that LSU stole any money and you never will because it didn't happen.

I think it's less that and more about what happened to Logan Young.

Most people have no idea who he is.

And I don't know if he was murdered or what, but if he was I doubt it was over the Albert Means stuff. I get people joke about it, kind of like the REC joke in general, but I mean surely nobody really thinks that's true. Most likely, he had other shady dealings that would have been behind it.

Ok, tell me what part of this sentence is false:

LSU is in trouble because a player got paid illegally with funds that were stolen from a children's hospital.

None of it is false. But, it still doesn't say that the university is the one responsible for stealing the money because they didn't steal it. John Paul Funes did. You can keep dancing around and playing with the wording, but you won't ever be able to show that LSU stole money which is what you're trying to argue and you're wrong as usual.

LSU boosters are designated by the university as representatives of the university. That seems lost on you somehow.

Is this guy supposed to next coming of coach K or something? Never heard of him

He’s not our head coach. Our new coach hired the guy as one of the assistant coaches on staff. After he hired him it was reported that Memphis received a noa. If you read the noa the guys name is nowhere to be found.

If the guys name comes up clean after do diligence then we may keep him. If not, he won’t be hired. He’s not even in Baton Rouge yet and the Memphis news came out yesterday morning.
My guess is they knew it was coming and got permission to hire him after asking the ncaa what they had on him.

But what’s also likely is that they will stop the hire and just hire someone else since it’s not a big deal with him as an assistant. We should just be safe and hire someone else to be on McMahons staff

So you think that someone who goes to a school and gives them money is automatically designated as a booster and they choose that person?

Ima have to designate cajunbamas fat retarded arse to be my booster and pay me . Sorry it’s my choice

LSU will have trouble recruiting top tier prospects if what I'm hearing is true. Word's going around that Woodward lied to Matt McMahon about the severity of the situation to get him to take the job. McMahon isn't thrilled at the moment to say the least.

I’m hearing that McMahon is the actual scapegoat and Will Wade will return after this season.

It's funny how this is suddenly important to LSU fans, yet I've had to hear for the past 20 years how "Alabama pays for it's players" with Albert Means being exhibit A.

Like it or not, the guy represents your school. In fact, that is the definition of a booster by the NCAA.

Role of Boosters

Boosters, referred to by the NCAA as “representatives of the institution’s athletic interests,” include anyone who has:
