seriously...dont try to talk bad about the area auburn is in...especially when your fav team is in crime ridden tuscaloosa...hard to believe the crime rate in tuscaloosa considering the small pop. and lack of industry in the area....tuscaloosa equals i would never send my daughter to that town.

There's a metro population of 200,000. There's plenty of industry on the Black Warrior River, considering Birmingham is right up 20/59. Not to mention the Mercedes plant. I

Actually, the facilities staff told me somebody, young males, were trying to steal from peoples tailgate sites after the storm, including mine. They ran them off, didn't say they were WVU fans however.

Wasn't Auburn voted in two polls as the second best place to live in America?

were you at your tailgate during the horrendous storm? so you know that those fans came through and did that - looks like weather did that

+1

Upon leaving Jordan Hare Stadium I saw a lot of trashed tailgating area. My first guess was that the freaking hurricane that blew through Auburn last night caused it.

My experiences with West Virginia fans were pretty good. Most were very nice and we talked some good natured football talk and just enjoyed a very good football game. And it was a very good football game.

Although, I might add, a WVU fan and an Auburn fan almost got into a fight in the concourse before the game when security wouldn't let anyone into the stadium. God that was miserable. Everyone was stuck, noone was moving, and claustrophobia was abundant.

Yeah, it must have been 95 degrees where we were. It felt great to get out into the stadium.
