Wtf is Matt Rhule wearing?

It looks like some sort of tshirt but with an apron/vest over it and there's a hood for some reason?
Cant tell if the costume is maybe a short sleeve hoodie with an bib or whats even going on with it.

It does not appear as though he wore this shite at Temple.


But it has constantly been his "look" since arriving at Baylor.

It's easier for the QB to see him signaling the plays if he has the different colored shirt on over his Baylor green shirt

That makes sense but his undershirt and wifebeater are basically the same color in this pic and there's still a green hood for some reason.
