Will I lose any sleep if he gets kicked off? No. But its up to the BRPD to look at evidence and charge him, and up to Miles to discipline him if necessary.

And BTW, if he is falsely accused or something, fine, no discipline whatsoever.
But, somewhere you draw a line. And also, sometimes the most likely scenario of what happened is the one you go with. Not one that requires a bunch of rationalization BS.

Upshaw pushed away his gf while she was trying to slap him - fact - that's what the police report says. He didn't strike her or force her to go down on him. You are trying too hard.
