Who's outraged?

I just showed that it was a butthurt Texan trying to discredit Bama with estimated numbers, in a thread made by a butthurt Georgia fan.

Title should read:

Wow, Bama wins. Who knew their winning % was at 90.7% the last four yrs.

We're at 85 or below every year in the
Fall. THAT is the bottom line.

This is a really shitty thing for Saban to do. Bama fans justifying it makes it worse.

Saban is the devil. And the Bama fans are worshipping at his altar. You have his evil minions out doing his dirty deeds. (poisoning trees in his name and putting nuts on the innocents' faces in homage to him).

Enjoy hell you sick bastards.

You make it sound like it's a bad thing.

Why are the Bama fans outraged at the media scrutiny? Y'all are one of the most talked about teams in the media and a program that generates huge amounts of money. All eyes are on you. Act like you've been there before.

I'm not outraged at all. What Saban is doing is perfectly legal as per NCAA rules. So long as we are at or under 85 scholarship players in the Fall....who the hell cares?

That is clearly not an accurate estimate. We have have at least 5 players that will not be on the team come spring ball. Hell 3 of em are already gone. story though

"I called Mark Richt last night and told him I was coming," Johnson said. "He was fired up. They want me to play defensive end, but I will move inside in the nickel package."

Johnson became Georgia's 33rd commitment and put a cherry on top of an already-stacked Bulldogs'
2013 recruiting class."

....as the pot said to the kettle.

Seems to me that opinion overlooks a glaring contradiction. If kids where cattle to Saban and he doesn't care about them; why then do parents and kids continue to flock to Tuscaloosa in record droves to the tune of 5 straight #1 ranked recruiting classes. I understand not all of the kids have great home lives, but most look to him like a father figure. If he didn't care, they would see through it and go elsewhere. As a UGA fan, I am not happy about 5* after 5* going to Bama either, but it is what it is. I just wish we had that going on in Athens. I will say that I do enjoy the way Mark Richt goes about the way he wins as well.

Cool. I just got that vibe from reading something to the effect of "why aren't they blasting Georgia or ATM?"

And the reason is because all eyes are on you guys. You're going to be an example of everything right with college football and everything wrong with college football.

I did notice a lot of folks saying that it's technically allowed in the rules though. Does that make it right? Is there one person that's going to say "my team does it and I don't think it's a good practice?"

Thank you sir. I mean it should be apparent to everyone that depth wins. You build depth by not short siding your team.

Yes.

These "kids" are all over 18. In essence, they are on scholarship to perform. If they can't, why should they get a $40K a yr, or in Vandy's case, a $60K a yr benefit? Just because they can't earn a free education playing ball at Bama or any other school, doesn't mean they can't at a lower division school. It's not like they don't have options when the leave.

It's the Alabama way...

Over-sign players
Play weak OOC schedules
Dodge SEC East opponents
Get rematches when you lose
Then take your trophy to Walmart

Wait, I thought the BIG10 was above over signing and had a rule in place to keep that from happening. But I see several who are over. Where's the outcry on that?
