Rather than contesting our spot in the playoffs, debunking our past national titles, scrutinizing our game film in order to find find evidence for lunatic conspiracy theories, wishing health issues on our senior citizen coach, and pretending to care about FSU, why not simply turn the big Eight into a super-conference by splitting?

Or, you can accept your occasional moments in the sun and just be happy. Be happy. It's that simple.

Occasionally, the crown, the sceptre and cape are handed to you. Enjoy it. Take photos. Hug your family.

It is not becoming to continually want to be something that you are not. And it is even less so when you commiserate with others like you.

When Georgia won their two national championships, what did Bama fans do? We were happy for them. We were proud of them. We enjoyed their time in the sun.
