You do realize we just hired Cal away from Kentucky.

Money isn't an issue pal.

Kentucky was fully expecting to bring Cal back. The idea that Kentucky was going to fire Cal is a rant myth and coping mechanism due to the fact Arkansas made a huge hire.

Simply because they wanted Cal gone doesn’t mean they were going to replace him with a great coach, those two issues aren’t mutually exclusive

Because no one thought he would leave Kentucky.

He’s a Hall of Fame coach for a reason.

Wouldn’t make sense to leave unless he has some issues with the AD or something like that. Sure, he hasn’t won a natty yet, but that’s really hard to do anywhere. I don’t think leaving is a good idea. They’re also the #1 team headed to a Super. It’s not like he’s having a down year.

Nobody thought he would downgrade to Arky. Everyone knew he was on his way out.

UGA is a much better job then Arkansas primarily because of all the talent in the state of Georgia

Wes Johnson has a job at a program that has been dormant for too long

I think the sky is the limit for him at that job

The name to keep an eye on is O'Sullivan, he's flirted with several jobs over the years and would love an opportunity with a fan base that would give better support then the Gators get. I think O'Sullivan would listen to Texas, South Carolina or any other big name if the offer is right

Seriously though, the Vols aren't passing us in baseball facilities.

You left a big one out.

TV is 1-9 vs. DVH.

You serious Clark?

Oh wait, baseball started in 2019 according to you.

If Tennessee has surpassed Arkansas in baseball, do you mind letting me know what TV's record is against Arkansas and DVH?

The Kentucky AD didn’t know he was on his way out- he fully expected Cal back. So, you’re wrong there, as usual.

99% of programs are downgrades from Kentucky basketball, including Tennessee.

Also, how does it feel, as a Tennessee fan, to know your basketball program is inferior to Arkansas’?

I’m sure you don’t want to compare banners.

We’re talking about baseball, dude. In no world is Georgia baseball a better job than Arkansas baseball. Wes would leave for Arkansas in a second.

Because of what he accomplished from 2008-2015.

In baseball facilities?

Cute little stadium. Your wittle renovation is just adorable.

I've heard he's DBU for life. It didn't come straight from his mouth, but you'd have to think if he wanted to leave it would've happened.

Baum is nice I’m sure but a series of minor expansions are not up to the New LNS. Sure 10,000 plus seats is nice but when you rarely put more than 8,000 in the stadium what are you really accomplishing? Vols are right sizing at 8,500 and catering to the fans with this phase of renovations.
