JJ was not late to the football. Watch the clip.

No it wasn't pause it at 10 seconds. His right knee was down.

Correct. His knee was down just shy of the 31. The ball was just shy of the 32. The ref placed the ball at, wait for it, just shy of the 32.

I did. Over and over. He was late, he was out of bounds, and it was an INT.

I’m not arguing it further. I watched the video, and the millisecond the ball was in Peterson’s 2 hands, which was the first person to touch it, I screenshot it. The angle of your potato photo also obscures the few inches b/w JJ and the ball.

Your clip is later. Accept it

Yea, wait for it! He's still shy of the marker.

Maybe this will help you out. Move forward to 40 seconds. His knee is clearly down. Where is the ball in regards to the marker? Oh, and what is the ref looking at at the 40 second mark?

Go watch the clip. 1:04. Don’t be lazy. JJ’s hand was actually in between PP’s when he began bringing his hands together for the catch.

He's shy of the line superimposed on the TV which, if you watched football you would know, is not official. He is clearly right on the orange marker on the sideline which IS official

Yes watch the knee. It is not clearly down. In fact you can still see the shadow of his leg AND his foot pulls up a divot pushing off which you cant do if your knee is down. In fact the ref may have shortchanged him a few inches

They missed more/worse calls in UGA’s favor. Nobody wants to talk about that. An inconvenient truth.

You gotta be shite'n me. There were three brown calls in Bama's favor that would have given UGA a first down inside the Bama's 40 yard line. Those blown calls were a momentum breaker for sure.

He barely touched him and that WR wouldn't have caught that anyway.

The referee he’s looking at is spotting the ball, looking down the line, and calling it a first down.

The referee in the GIF is trying to align himself with that mark and place his foot in the correct location for the chain crew to move the markers behind him.

The chain/markers hadn't been moved yet. You cannot mark the spot by ignoring the field judge and looking at the sticks.

He shoved him with two hands, and it was bad enough that the SEC issued a statement on it and admitted fault. How often does that happen?

In none of those pics you show are Julio's feet oob

So you want pictures of him already out of bounds prior to those now?

Georgia lost the national title game to Alabama because of a terrible second half gameplan and getting owned in the trenches, but these misses didn't help:

Uncalled false start (watch Najee Harris on the bottom of the frame) on the tying touchdown late in the 4th:

Uncalled facemask:

Tyler Simmons (87) was called offsides on this play:
