We have a lot of teams like that, that can't beat ranked teams. Missouri and Ole Piss come to mind.

UVA is basically as close, and actually good in other sports, plus a long time rival with UNC, but I'm sure VA Tech politicians would through a fit again. Only reason they got in the ACC
