Correct me if I'm wrong Garrison, but didn't L$U restructure his contract to say he could be fired if there was just an NCAA Notice of Allegations into the program? NCAA could be dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's to keep Wade from suing.

Wow, he felt a need to make a statement? Why not say that the show validated their own investigation, if it was so benign? I didn’t see the show, but I am getting mixed messages from who have.

I honestly hope it doesn't happen but the NCAA does not like to have it flaunted in their face.
The big schools don't care but there are a ton of little schools lurking out there to get back at a big school.
If you're going to lose do it now not later, it will be cheaper.
