I agree. I marvel at Auburn compliance's ability to manage matters with relative ease that would scare the s### out of me as an Alabama fan. We (Alabama) turn the same textbook "violations" that weren't enough to get Nebraska anything into another major probation with vacated wins. Auburn has a major investigations related to Cam, four recent football players openly admit to receiving illegal benefits on HBO, etc and doesn't even seem to break a sweat over it. This situation is childs play to Auburn's efficient compliance staff.

This doesn't hold a candle to ttown menswear, free dodge chargers, free house sitting, paid off mortgages, or peaches kidnapping recruits.

because none of those were violations!

Now if Bama had a former athlete, any ole football player that would go public, and tell the his story for the nation to see, then maybe someone would stand up and take notice.
If just one guy would go on HBO and speak up and tell how he received cash from boosters, or how he was paid for his performance, then that might get someones attention.
Surely all it would take is just one former player to step forward and spill the beans.

"Psst, hey there recruit" (as Bama coach nervously looks around for witnesses) "Come to Alabama and we can hook you up with some killer textbooks".
Recruit says, "Booyah, I hit the jackpot"

So if a couple of former Bama players come out and "admit" they were paid at Bama, you and other Bama fans will blindly accept it as truth without anything to backup and admit Bama paid these players?
I ask this b/c Bama fans make it seem since those players "admitted" they got paid, even though there's nothing to back it up, it must be true.
Have a hard time believing Bama fans would accept it as 100% proof if one of their former players "admitted" such a thing

Key questions, how many grades where changed, WHEN was the change made, how close was he to qualifying without the grade change? Barry McKnight on Montgomery radio said the grade changed was from the 10th grade (he was adamant about that), but he is NOT sure when it was made.
Except his old coach said his junior year transcripts were the real ones not the ones AU got. Meaning he left before JR's senior year and the grade change came this last year. Not to mention last year it was being reported he probably would not qualify.

Looking at 500-600 dollars this semester.

Lets not forget now that Jovon's mother filed a missing person report because she had no idea her son went to AU for the weekend. I do believe transporting a minor without consent is a felony in most states. Or lets not forget G Robinson's grandmother say the same thing about him dissappearing over the weekend for joyrides to AU to get a new IPhone.

Nothing to see here, nothing to see...
The violations were uncovered after an Alabama Supply Store employee noticed that one athlete had more than $1,600 in charges for the fall semester of 2007.
However, the NCAA did identify 22 individuals as “intentional wrongdoers,” who knowingly committed violations.
This was the case for many of the 22 intentional wrongdoers, some of whom rang up charges in excess of $3,000.
BUT, but, but, Alabama did nothing wrong....

Another year?...another Auburn cheating scandal....What else is new at the Loveliest Village on the Plains...
they have been at it for years...the $Cam Knewton fiasco taught them one thing: it pays to cheat.....they can't legitamately keep up with Bama (or UGA or UF) so its all worth it to them....deny, deflect, repeat....and keep Lightfoot & Franklin on the speed dial....its incredible to me that given their history with players and coaches on the record about p4p that the NCAA haven't nailed these fricks to the wall yet......

Of course most would question it and until proof came out most would not think it happened, just like with AU fans.

But according to the "aubrun creed" which I'm sure all good aubrun men recite each day and being part of the fambly they would never lie.
"I believe in honesty and truthfulness, without which I cannot win the respect and confidence of my fellow men"
But then again the "felony four" were good aubrun men and they said the creed and evrything and they lied and broke the law....
"I believe in obedience to law because it protects the rights of all"
Of course we all know about cult followings like this and the manson fambly.....

Alabama has been convicted 3 times in football since Eric Ramsey... So either we are very good at cheating or the investigations are BS...
Plus they got off for the J. Harris Laptop, Ingrams and Julio's fishing trips, Champmans Grade Change, Ttowns Men's wear..
