Well, to be fair, being unfriendly or lacking warmth is different than winning at all costs. I don't think Saban is particularly nice, but I don't think he's "win at all costs".

Lots of people liked Paterno, and look at where that ended up.

Your own just said you wouldn't be telling the truth if you wouldn't want Saban.

Chiz's seat isn't even warm yet. He won 8 games his first year and 8 last year after losing 40 players. You also have to take into account that he lost to 2 teams that played in the NCG. It's going to take some shite like losing to Vandy and Miss State before his seat gets warm.

As far as the quote from the coach saying they asked him about other things besides Javon it sounds like more kids transcripts could have been altered by the GC.

Thanks Bella thats the point I was trying to make but some of the children on here had rather flame than have a mature discussion

That is just your opinion. You have no idea if they are looking at other transcripts.

Yes I did and I believe that. Fairley was a difference maker on a really bad defense. Without Fairley they would have been even worse. Its an opinion - you may disagree if you wish,

That defense was pretty stout in terms of the front 7.

the question isn't what Jovon knew it is what Auburn knew.

Further, it's how the grades were changed, by who?

I'm not holding my breath for Auburn to be in trouble.

Demps was pretty good in the tebow spread too. But put him in a pro-style offense and make him the primary back while he's injured and you get a much different result

yeah 170 lb RBs have a tendency to get injured when they are the primary back

OMAC has had more carries and less injuries than Eddie Lacy. He won't be the primary "run the ball down someone's throat" back, he will be the specialty back like all other years. He's one of the most explosive players in the country, so we will get him touches in many different ways.

Exactly..

How many career rushing yrds does Eddie Lacy's 225lb arse have?

OMac has over 2,000...not bad for a 165lb career back-up, huh? Not to mention receiving and kick-off returns...

All of this bickering made me go back and look at statistics of offenses last year. I knew Auburn sucked, but I didn't realize they were ranked 100 in total offense, and that was with Dyer. I'd wait a few games before I started talking trash. At least to see if all of the new coaches were making any difference.

Stats don't always tell the whole story.
