They should have a better history than that. It's a lack of commitment to anything other than football that is holding them back. It's the same thing in baseball. Georgia should be a power in all 3 major sports.

Hiring retread coaches who got fired from other major programs has already worked out very well for Auburn, MSU, and Tennessee. Hopefully we have similar success.

Guy from Middle tenn st is solid, and Crean is a very solid/good coach.

We aren't asking him to win a national championship. We'd just like to make the tournament and maybe win a game there which hasn't happened in a decade.

There is more talent opportunity in Athens with Atlanta ..... I’m not saying we hired Mr. Basketball Saban but it’s a tenured coach who may can succeed here.
