With Malzahn out, don't expect Bo Nix to start another game at Auburn

is Nix really a selling point to hiring a top-tier offensive mind? Nah.

He’s still the quarterback who’s more likely to scramble a total of 40 yards behind the line of scrimmage to throw an incompletion than he is to set his feet and throw a perfect 40-yard pass downfield.

it might be more likely to see Hugh Freeze take over and bring Malik Willis back to Auburn than it would be to see Freeze take over and turn to Nix.

Dang, did Bo steal this guy's girlfriend or something?

Don't know if I believe that. Their QB signee from North Shore is pretty raw.

Nix is one of those bad quarterback/good football player types.

He'll win you some games and he'll lose you some games. Your ceiling is 8-4 or 9-3 if he's your quarterback. Auburn will never win anything that matters with him.

I’d like to see Nix in a better scheme before completely writing him off

But as his second full season as a starter comes to a close, nobody can deny Nix’s lack of progression.

I. Can’t. Argue. With. This. Sentence.

He needs a better OL more than anything.

- imagine Auburn allowing reverend/charlatan Freeze to be the HC the first place, let alone jettison a Nix from the Auburn starting QB gig.

These MF'ers are so desperate for clicks it's embarrassing.

Bring in a good dual threat qb and put bo at the slot.

Your current QB #14 is going to be good one IF Ed can upgrade at OC/scheme then you're good shape.

I don't think an OLine can fix a guy jumping in the air when he throws the ball. He needs a QB coach to rehab the trauma caused by Gus's offense.

I always felt Malzahn was pressured to start Nix. I never felt like Malzahn was head over heels regarding Nix.

If Bo ever starts to play at the level of his arrogance then the Barn is in good shape. His father must be a real prick as well.

At least his father didn't abandon him like Bo did with his child.

Nix doesn't have a high ceiling, and won't magically turn into Joe Burrow. But that doesn't mean he can't be Ben Leard and end up having a great season eventually.

He will finish his pathetic career 1-3 against Bama with the 1 being lucky he didn't have to face Tua or he would be 0-4. Nonetheless he will receive more arse whippings from Daddy Bama

Bo Nix is a deadbeat dad. He abandoned his child.

If you think he is quick scrambling out of the pocket, you should see how quick he weasels out of a paternity test.
