and 2-7 vs UGA

Yep, this is a frustrating fact and it dates back to Tubs as well. Our fan base has become enamored with beating Saban and has forgotten about the DSOR. Meanwhile UGA has OWNED AU for the better part of two decades.

Gus is a good coach and has a good offensive system but he hasn't been able to get the right QB for his system since Nick Marshall.

bullshite. He lost creativity or any element of surprise in his schemes. He failed to recruit an SEC caliber oline for years and, Gus of all people should know he has to have it to produce a stout and aggressive running game.......that used to be his hallmark. He acts like he's forgotten that he's allowed to utilize the middle of the field to move the ball.

Gus is not a bad coach though. He runs a damn clean program, graduates plenty of players, overall recruits better than AU has ever recruited, and he's a good guy that won't embarrass anyone off the field. (Hugh Freeze/Bobby Petrino)

I'd frankly be pissed to be a fan of a program that paid him $49MM/7yrs guaranteed and made it hard as hell to justify canning his arse because the Family's afraid they can get anyone better.

Not at LSU but Ole Miss and Arkansas would have built him a statue by now.
