I wouldn’t call uconn a loser
Their fanbase doesn’t give two shits about football and their fit is with the big east in basketball

The big winner in expansion was the SEC. It grabbed the entire Texas market along with huge chunks of bordering states of western Arkansas and western Louisiana. A&M was enough to negate the negative addition of Missouri which was just plain dumb.
