Wind sprints.... and football

I was thinking back to prep football decades ago and how we would end practice with 50 yard wind sprints. About 20 of these would cause everyone to barf ending practice. Coaches thought it great entertainment to bet on who would barf first, assholes...
Why is this a topic? Against the Aubs, Henry ran 46 wind sprints...and just for grins, got hit at the end of (most of) them
He is not only talented, he must have huge powers of endurance.

Those 46 sprints were spread out over the course of 4 hours.

He had 14 in a row at one point in the 4th quarter.

So he ran 50 yards, 46 times? 2300 yards in 1 game is pretty impressive

Moral of story. Your high school had a horrible strength and conditioning coach. We ran 20ish 53 yard wind sprints after practice and about 30 110's the morning after games when i was in high school and no one threw up.

uhhh... you do know that the field is 53.333 yards wide don't you? (for the mathematically challenged, that is 160 ft).

"Strength and conditioning coach?" WTF? I played 1959-62. No such thing as that type of coach, Also no such thing as knowing anything about nutrition or diet. We took salt tablets and were not allowed to drink water.
And as an ex-coach of prep (soccer), if your coach had you do 30 110s the day after a game, he should be jailed and it is a wonder you had anyone who could still play at the end of the season.
In other words, you are a foolish young man who is inexperienced and not believable...

Yes, I do. But you said "50 yards" in your OP. Appreciate it too, because off the top of my head I couldn't multiply 46 by 53.3333
