That 66-67 76’er team was the one time Wilt got past Russell. That team was phenomenal. Hal Greer, Larry Costello, Billy Cunningham, Chet Walker.

Your overall point is completely accurate. Russell was an amazing defensive player. Probably the best ever.

On one of his sprints down court after his teamks missed shot he blew past everybody. I believe the 4.40 stat.

Hal Greer,
Remember he used to shoot a jump shot when he shot free throws, and Wilt spun 'em up there underhanded.

And Pistol Pete had the walk up free throw. Nobody does anything different these days.

The stats are amazing. Winning would be even better.

Not a single NBA team would take Shaq before Chamberlain

Why? Do you think that O'Neal couldn't have dropped a 100 on Pat Boone (Imhoff) nightly.

Shaq more athletic than Wilt?

Wilt competed for Kansas in track and field.
High jump, long jump, quarter mile, shot put.
Played professional volleyball longer than he played pro basketball.
Drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs.
Ran a 4.40 40 yard dash.
Beat Jim Brown in a match race.
Arnold S said Wilt is the strongest person he's ever worked out with.

If you went to LSU, you were the biggest, strongest, fastest, bestest EVERYTHING!
You would think that their athletic records would be better than they actually are...bad coaching, I guess...or the refs cheated.

Shaq would out athleticism Wilt on the basketball court, hands down, not even close.

I don’t care what he did in different sports in a different time.

Everybody body is 6-10 to 7 fr. now.

There are many 7footers in the NBA today that would make Wilt look uncoordinated
