yea, because that Oklahoma DB gig worked so well...

I get that the Big 12 schools run pass happy spreads, but the OU secondary got worked this year

Yes, but in all fairness, Brandon Cox did that to a lot of defenses.

I was at the OU Baylor game this past season.
Suffice it to say I was unimpressed with the OU DBs

Same guy who went on to throw 8 picks in his next two games against UGA's defense.

If it wasn't for his medical issues he'd be playing in the NFL, his arm strength was as good as Newton's or Campbell's, if not better, and he had a far better mental grasp of the QB position than most QBs. Sometimes life deals you a bad card but he's done well for himself.

WM is a good DB coach but he won't be our main DB coach so the point is moot.

I don't understand the hire, other than him working with Van Gorder in the past. Martinez was awful as a DC at UGa and his time at Oklahoma was even worse.

So Chiz is hiring WM - a known name and probably paying for it - to be someone elses clipboard holder?

WTH do you mean he wont be the main DB coach?

See the statement I asked the question about before rolling your eyes. If your knowledge of all things aub and WM is so great - answer the question don't pretend youre smarter than everyone else.

Brandon's arm strength and decision making was probably on the same level as Joe Cox and John Parker Wilson.
