What is the difference in their charges? Why does Will still have a job and Sean not? Not trolling, but just wondering the differences.

It's been a long arse time since I've compared the two. But, I believe that there are text messages and/or receipts that show Miller paid players while there isn't any proof of payment in Wade's case that we know of so far.

Thanks. Isn't there audio recordings of Wade offering money to players? Am I think of someone else? Did Wade offer, but no proof of him actually paying players?

No. He was talking to a known middle man saying that Javonte Smart rejected an offer because it was tilted too much towards the mother. He also said that they would pay the league minimum for another player if the middle man had access to him. But, he was never talking to a player on the phone nor did he make an offer to a person that had access to either player that he was referencing. That's where the case against Wade is different IMO than the Bill Selfs and Sean Millers. There's actual proof and dollar amounts in their cases.

There are tapes of Wade being upset that his “strong arse offer” wasn’t enough to close the deal for Javonte Smart (obviously at that time Coach Cal had made an even stronger arse offer). Now you know and I know what that offer undoubtedly included, but he doesn’t specifically say he offered him money.
