Honest question for the LSU fans, does Mike get conjugal visits? Would suck to be sentenced to a life of celibacy.

The head vet already said the search is on if I am not mistaken.

They did. If I'm not mistaken, LSU Vet was contacted by multiple zoos and rescue operations after it was first announced that Mike had cancer about providing another tiger, so I don't think the search will be too difficult.

Are the facilities large enough for a breeding pair? Would be nice to see the LSU campus have a Tiger rescue shelter, like AU does for Eagles. Obliviously, that would be more difficult.

Plans have already started to locate the next Mike. Largest issue is that most Tigers already have been given a first name thus making the search for a Tiger named Mike that much harder

... why would they suddenly stop having a live mascot? Because this one got cancer? What?

There is a vet who rescues big cats somewhere in North Alabama. She used to come to this bar i worked in, but I can't remember her real name, because we always called her the "Tiger lady". If she can afford to rescue multiple big cats, then the LSU athletic department certainly can. Of course, they'll probably just want one male tiger.

I guess they could fix him for this but not going to breed more rescue Tigers. Doesn't make sense.
