He's won a NC as a defensive coordinator and coached his team to the Sugar Bowl as a head coach. Two things South Carolina has never done. I think that question would have backfired.

Don't kid yourself, Saban was the reason they won a national championship and elite defensive talent.
Muschamp won the sugar bowl against an interim head coach and while urban was rebuilding osu to elite status, WM was destroying a 2 time national championship program and then got canned.
Do you realize florida hadn't had a losing sec record since the 70s before muschamp and also hadn't lost to vandy since 88?

Muschamp didn't win the Sugar Bowl as head coach. They lost to Louisville when Charlie Strong was still there. Muschamp didn't win jack shite as the head coach at UF.

That's not your arguement so don't color outside the lines. But to your initial point, Dooley has also done more with that NC than the South Carolina RB you said should question his coach. Again another fail on your part.
