Both similar situations, Hugh Freeze just like Wade denied any wrong doing right til the time the hammer dropped.
I think LSU's punishment will be worse. Out of all the evidence that came out of the corruption trial the fact they they have their HC on Wiretap talking about giving players strong arse offers, this is the most slam dunk case for the NCAA.

Yes. And it'll infiltrate other parts of their athletic department. The AD already confirmed during this that the NCAA was on campus and they had to "demonstrate institutional control" to them.

LSU will at the very least get banned from any type of post season tournament for 3-5 years. Wade was a know sleezeball and cheated going back to his VCU days. Anyone familiar with the VCU program like I warned LSU fans yeard ago about Wade.
The funny thing about it all is he isn't even that great of a coach. He relies on his teams having better talent and athleticism to beat the opposing squad. Y'all will see what I'm talking about this coming season because LSU will have bottom tier talent this year.

Because unlike Ole Miss there is 38 other schools named in lawsuit including Bama. Can’t go after 1 without going after all.

Alabama's part in that investigation was a guy not involved with Alabama trying to give the Sextons money so that Collin would sign with him as an agent when he entered the draft.
While that's not great, it's definitely not the same thing as a HC being caught on wiretap discussing offering a recruit money to play there.

That’s all speculation, from what I was told by people in the know there is more to it than just that. Not all taped conversations made it in to the court because it was irrelevant to the case
