Will Florida ever be back, now that Mizzou runs the East?

Florida was decent for a couple years in large part because they beat up on inferior opponents, broke many rules (looked the other way on a lot of things), and since their coach faked a heart attack to go to Ohio State they're an average to below average program. Mizzou just wins with better overall coaching, player development, social development... and really hasn't been challenged in the East to this point. How long will Mizzou continue to run the East, and the rest of the teams be down?
