You understand that there can be a conspiracy to commit a crime between more than two people, right?
Yep. Sure can.
When did they conspire to commit a crime?
There is circumstantial evidence that any DA could use to indict Miller, if he wanted to. Miles texts Miller, "I need my joint a n****r rl jus got fakin". Miller delivers the joint to Miles. Miles hands the joint to Davis. Davis immediately starts shooting. Miller flees the scene. Miller does not report the incident to law enforcement, despite the fact that his car has two bullet holes in it.

Except for the part where Miller was already enroute to Miles before that text was sent, sure. Spot on.

He read the text before he pulled into the parking lot on Grace. We all know this. You know it deep down in the places you don’t talk about at parties.
And Miller was sitting in the car when Miles handed the gun to the shooter and said “the heat is in the hat. There’s one in the head.”

He did not hand it to the shooter though.
So that TOTALLY makes it OK...

Okay. That doesn’t make it a “conspiracy to commit murder,” per the context in the message(s) I was replying to.

OP said he delivered a gun to a murder.
OP is correct. Miles has been charged with capital murder, no?

Yep.... Miller is completely innocent and in the mean time gun manufacturers are getting sued because the weapons they make were used to kill people. Gotta love this country.

What an obtuse take on all of this!
The two people who committed a crime have been charged and will be prosecuted.

Correct. But in any sane world, he might have sat out a game. But Bama has already charted its course and any change now would just make it look like an admission that they weren’t on top of it. Even though we all know they weren’t on top of it.

Only people who are charged with crimes commit crimes.

We do what we want, bitch. Deal with it..

This is the correct take.
You're not shady cuz your hiding out, you're hiding out cuz your shady.
If you're shady, just say you're shady.
We can all see it anyway.

What the hell are you talking about?

And had been the case on several occasions, but gun manufacturers get slammed.... as if a gun can kill all on its own.

For what?
He either meant to deliver the gun for the purpose of it being used in a crime after receiving the text...
OR
He was going to pick up Miles and the gun just happened to be in the car cause Miles left it there and Miles grabbed and handed it off for a murder when he arrived.
There really is no in between other than he possibly read the text and didn't understand the severity of the situation. (I.e. didn't know what Miles meant or that he was being serious).
He either intentionally did something illegal (would have been charged) or he was caught up in something by happenstance.

Because there is literally nothing he could say about any subject that the people here wouldn't attack him for.

If he sat one you'd want 3. If he sat 3 you'd want him out for the tournament. If he sat the tournament you'd want him off the team, then thrown out of school, then arrested. You cannot appease a lynch mob who have their minds made up no matter what and therefore shouldn't try.

Thank you. I think everyone is fine with this, honestly.

You bama fans get in here with your hot takes on this.
I don’t have any of those. Yours will do just fine.

Yep. It was Brandon.

This is the bottom line that Alabama fans completely understand but are willfully playing dumb about. In any other scenario where the person delivering the gun wasn’t Brandon Miller or Nick Saban they would have been charged and expected to beat the charges in court. Is what it is.
