Yup, sounds like they're shaking in their boots.

We be pitching shutouts by years end

So you don't think qb play stepped back from last year with Mettenburger and McCarron?
Keep thinking that

So far, our offense isn't below average. I guess we will have to see when both programs face an SEC team

Aaaaannnndd this is a thread about attendance. Do you even read these links before you post them?

Theres only a handful of teams that can still win games when the offense is playing like crap. LSU is one of them congrats.
Look, I'm not trying to troll you, just giving my perspective...Being able to pull out a W when your plan doesnt work is what makes a championship caliber team. If you guys ever want to get there, you can't just accept an off night on offense. LSU, as well as other SEC fans, seem to be able to recognize this. You will get national attention, both from media and prospects, with that high powered, exciting offense. But, we just haven't seen that breakthrough, which is why you see so much doubt on this board, particarly from our fan base.

Making threads about LSU every day is so not indicative of fear
Makes sense

I'd be perfectly happy to see an 11-0 LSU travel to Kyle Field on Thanksgiving night to face an 11-0 A&M.
That would be the most meaningful Thanksgiving Night game since 1975 (#2 t.u. vs. #5 A&M)

Correct, it was awful for 50 minutes against Wisconsin and good against SHSU. I averaged the two out, which is incredibly generous of me given the respective quality of the opponents in those games.

Still have no clue what you are trying to say.

I think that bowl selection was political, and we can leave it there as it won't be a productive convo.

I dont think you are trolling

And I would love a dominant smothering defense. Unfortunately I dont play or coach for A&M so I just get to watch what those guys do. I've seen the product they've put out and I think they have a chance to win some big games this year. Considering most A&M fans were expecting a 6-7 win season, 9 or 10 would be just fine.

I don't get this either. At this point in time 1998 is as distant a memory and as little indicative of the current state of affairs as say 1938.

Okay man, keep thinking LSU will be horrible on offense with Cam Cameron
I'm willing to bet your DC has nightmares about Cam Cameron's play calling

Nope, it's not. And threads aren't made every day about LSU, for that matter.
For example, on most Aggie boards you'll find far more threads about UTx, and that's just mainly shadenfreude.

Because it shows that finishing second vs third in a division means nothing? Right

You scored 6 more points than the following powerhouses:
Rice
Sam Houston State
Mizzou
You scored less points than the following teams:
Duke
Auburn
Bama
MSST
Ole Miss
Arkansas
So Cameron is a distant 7th on nightmare inducing offenses.

I didn't say horrible, I said below average.
Anthony Jennings has a ceiling and it isn't particularly high. Most of his limited success comes outside the design of the offense. Cameron only has so much to work with there until Harris grows up.
