This is correct. He is a potential witness for the defense. I don't even believe he's been subpoenaed yet. His lawyers were notified that the defense plans to subpoena him. Many people believe that he's not even going to have to testify now because he could be a hostile witness due to the media leak. That's if this judge even allows the wiretap into evidence. The judge in the first trial did not. There are way too many unknowns here to be making any conclusions one way or the other.

The NCAA decided to let us play in the tourney from the goodwill we gained by beating dat UCF azz in the Fiesta Bowl with 80% of our defense out for the game and shutting up the UCF fans about being national champions.

If that is the standard by which we will exclude teams from competing then we will be left with Spring Hill and Dartmouth competing in sports.
