I agree, much of the roster had to be rebuilt. Kelly doesn’t even have his first recruiting class until next year. He’s doing a great job, but give him a year or two to get rolling.

Agreed. Big jump in 23 and competitive. In 24, should have enough depth to challenge for the west. But in 22 he will likely lose some in the 4th because of lack of depth. A problem that can only be solved with multiple recruiting classes.

Exactly. I also wonder if some decisions will be made based on development rather than immediate success. If it is even or close for a starting spot (such as Nussmeier v Daniels), will Kelly go with the guy who has more than 1 year of eligibility left.

Alabama will lose 5 games this year. No, I will not wager on it as the other teams may be dealing with injuries when they play Alabama.
