re: Why is everyone convinced Current Bama won’t revert to season ending Bama?

Does Alabama also get all of its players and have none of them shite the bed in these scenarios?

y’all won both, no one’s arguing that.
but to try to deny that both of those should have been losses would be silly. you really should have lost the auburn game even with Finley. auburn RB stays in bounds and that game is over.
your offense couldn’t deliver the knockout punch against us 3 straight drives, and the peetz/minimum johnson combo completely sells the game. it is what it is.
the ole “if my aunt had balls she’d be my uncle”, i know. but still.

I think this years playoffs are going to surprise. Cincy ain’t scared. And Michigan has the ability to play ball control on any one.

We can beat Bama if we play our best! They are mistake prone! We are senior laden and gritty!
Gardner shuts down Williams, we shut down their run, anyones ballgame in the 4th!

I mean, define "should have lost"
Bama without their 2nd best offensive player and two starting O-Linemen outgained Auburn 388-159. If anything, it was an anomaly that Bama was down 10 that late in the game

What else is there to say.
Bama is in the playoffs and no one cares about how they looked versus LSU.

It's pretty obvious that Bama overlooked A&M, LSU and Auburn.
Doubt they overlook anyone in the playoffs.

you really playing the injury card? LSU was without a third of their starters for half the season including the guy that would have won the QB job

TJ finley isn’t an SEC qb and still had them in a position to win until that running back decided to run out of bounds.
in the end it doesn’t matter, but objectively, those are probably 2 losses in most cases. more so the auburn game than ours, but still.

The main reason OP is The GOAt's Bowl record and CFBP record. He is money with several weeks to prepare for a game

I don't know if we've really brought this up, but I've been thinking about it.
Saban has binders of data from GAs working throughout the year on teams and tendencies.
I swear it seems to throw him for a loop when a backup QB plays, regardless of ability, and I firmly believe it's because it goes against every scrap of data they have already gathered.
He's so structured, it's like this little thing throws his intricate game plan for a loop—Kirby had the same thing happen with Tua/Hurts.
That being said, Kirby has another QB just sitting there. I personally don't think JTD has the intestinal fortitude, but it would certainly play into this narrative perfectly for Georgia (assuming it's remotely accurate).

It’s really sad what lsu has been reduced to. We had injuries! We almost won! LOL
Posted on 12/7/21 at 5:47 pm to VeniceBeachMouton
Both B Rob and some guys on the Oline were banged up coming down the home stretch the last month or so of the season. Bama has had to play with a reshuffled line at several times all year but getting some of those guys healthier will play a huge difference in the run game. Plus having more practice time will help out the O line more in case someone couldn’t go for some reason. Also I don’t know this for sure but I think I heard that Cincy runs a 3-3-5 defense. If they do and Bama has a healthier B Rob and Oline then look out. They pounded OM earlier this year running that style of defense. Bama should have a size advantage on the O line too. Unless something happens in practice and Bama picks up another key injury to someone on the line or to B Rob then Bama should be able to pound the ball way better than they did the latter half of the season.

your reading comprehension skills just aren’t very good, are they?

NorthTxlsu, your video comprehension skills are not very good. The Auburn running back, Tank Bigsby, did not willingly go out of bound as you posted earlier. If you actually watch the play, Alabama’s Jordan Battle forced Bigsby out of bounds by pulling him out of bounds by his jersey.

How many times do you dumb fricks have to be told that the only thing that slowed down our offense was crowd noise. We are phenomenal at home and at neutral sites.
