Do fans of other teams realize how much joy they bring to Alabama fans when they start threads like this? It's great to beat teams. It's even better to watch their fans turn into whiny tinfoil-wearing vaginas.

You sound triggered at Bama's success. Well, you should be. It's a normal feeling for those outside of the program and unfamiliar with The Process.

No REC (fans that literally live to worship Bama football and would sell their kids to support it) and their head coaches don't have a buddy with a veto stamp to let every violation they are caught on go.
It's easier said than done. It took years for Saban and the rec to get together and get Emmert in place to protect them.

U can't play in the mud and then expect everyone to not make fun of how dirty you are.
It would be different if I said something that wasn't true.

Can you imagine how miserable the last 5 years must have been for Auburn fans? They followed up Alabama's 2009 national title with their very own national title the following year. They were tied with the evil Nick Saban in titles and basking in the glow of a magical season that stole the thunder from Alabama fans. Then they have their one shining moment COMPLETELY overshadowed when Alabama bookends their title with back to back national titles of their own and back to back Iron Bowl blowouts which led to Gene Chizik becoming the first head coach in modern football history to get canned less than 2 calender years after winning a national title. Auburn then has their magical Kick 6 season end with a choke loss vs FSU and that season also being overshadowed by yet ANOTHER national title just 2 years later. Now Auburn fans lick their wounds with the desperate belief that Alabama's 4 titles in 7 years are somehow illegitimate.

quote:It's been quite entertaining. Because no matter how well Bama did, a day after the season Auburn is all they could talk about. Just like tomorrow, no matter who Bama signs they will spend most of the day trying to convince everyone how bad Auburn's class was.

As far as Bama's NCs, they have been caught doing everything every other school, that has been in trouble, has combined during that time. People are just waiting for a change in the NCAA and 20 more years of probation for Bama like every other time they've been any good in history.

What probation every other time we've been good? The 20s? Nope. The 30s? Nope. The 40s? Nope. The 60s? Nope The 70s? Nope. The 90s? Yep. 2008-present? Nope. Since when is 1 out of 7 times now considered "every time"

If that's true, I don't know what to believe anymore.
