A better question is why SEC folks don't want to give OSU it's due? They've been the most consistent team this season and are not lacking in talent. They're legit, folks.

It appears this committee places an extra emphasis on completely body slamming teams.
They also place an emphasis on ranked wins, and they suspiciously set it up for Ohio State's schedule to look great as well.
If the committee stays the same, that's the story going forward. Completely body slam teams to get your love.
BCS does agree fwiw with Ohio State #1 over LSU but they see it as close (and don't see any team, even Clemson as close to them either IIRC). They also put Georgia at 4 (and probably 5 until Alabama lost last week) so I guess it also makes it trash.

Huh? I've seen Penn State, Wisconsin and Utah. I've seen Bama. One looks explosive. Three others do not. Bama lost two games to highly ranked opponents and scored 40+ in both games. My eyes tell me that Bama is better than those teams.
But anyway, 46-41.

Wrong. We said Alabama was not a top 4 team (meaning they shouldn’t be in the playoffs) because they are NOT a top 4 team. But do seriously think Wisconsin could beat y’all?
What they are actually leaving out of this equation is that this year, Florida, Bama, and Auburn are pretty equal. Georgia is (probably) a step right above these three and LSU is a step above that but we basically beat up on each other (except LSU and Georgia who didn’t lose to any of these hence why I say those two are better). Any of these teams could still beat any of the other 5-10 teams pretty easily.
