Why does Georgia not recruit black quarterbacks?

Sorry about the Facebook link, but this question was asked on a podcast. The podcast is done by a couple of Georgia fans.
djsdawg might be able to answer since his hero DJ Shockley is mentioned in the podcast.
I've never thought about it before, but Georgia has had almost no starting black quarterbacks. They have let several outstanding quarterbacks get away. Cam Newton, Justin Fields who was there for a minute and left, Deshaun Watson.

Congrats to Tennessee on being the most inclusive football program. That’s more valuable than championships

I'll bet not one person in 500 in this form can tell you his name without Google. He has never seen the field. He will never see the field.

We won a national championship with a black starting quarterback. His name is Tee Martin.
We were also the first school in the SEC to start a black quarterback. His name is Condredge Holloway.
Cam Newton won a national championship, just not at Georgia.

I'm not bragging on Cam Newton, I'm just pointing out that Georgia whiffed on him.
