are you really going to try to say that average person with no ties to Clemson or Tuscaloosa is more aware of Tuscaloosa than Clemson?

Why would i want to 'afford' to get there? there nothing there other than the university and some bars etc for the students.
Same with Clemson. Just the university, a very small downtown, and a lake. Greenville is what a 35 minute drive? There is not much to do with Anderson.

A beautiful location, but so is Furman

you don't seem to follow conversations.
My point isn't that CLemson is a big city. i was responding to an alabama redneck who made Clemson's location as virtiually unknown for most people as though Tuscaloosa is some kind of major metro. lol

Holy frick...at least ppl know Tuscaloosa is in Alabama.
ESPN had a graphic a couple of years ago that said Clemson was in North Carolina.

what evidence do you have that people don't know Clemson is in SC?
i have a hard time believing that. lol
i think most people who don't know where it is can quickly look at google maps and figure it out. lol what am i missing?

City of Clemson population is less than 14,000.
Tuscaloosa is over 100,000
Tuscaloosa is over 100,000

CLemson is near Seneca, Pendleton, Central, Anderson, etc.
only advantage i can see for Tuscaloosa is the mall is closer to campus but it doesn't take long to get to the Anderson mall from Clemson.

You and your ACC brethren are welcome here. Clemson football is as much put together top to bottom SEC process as any elite SEC program over the last 20 years.

Sorry, I'm not related to you so that disqualifies me from being your "babe."
