College Station is a cleaner, nicer town with better facilities, stadium and money. Also very close to Houston for potential medical emergencies with his son. Just a better environment for his needs

There is nothing in Texas worth a shite. Completely but useless landmass. Should have let Mexico keep it. They would have made it a better place.
