because arky is full of a bunch of trailer trash inbreds and bulldogs are the classiest of dogs. if it would have had the mange, they would have let it in

It wasn't just the bulldog, they don't allow any live animal mascots in. Some ordinance or something.

This is correct. Our mascot, Tusk, wasn't let in either.

I think it had to do with War Memorial Stadium. I thought it was crappy but what do you do.
I'm with another State poster that said if he lived in Memphis he would take his dog across the state line just for it to take a crap.

What people don't realize is that the University doesn't own War Memorial so it's not their call. We just rent it out for the games. I imagine we would have liked to have Tusk inside the stadium as well.
