Because the winds of college football are blowing towards super conferences. Better to get in one now. Sec v Big10.

In the meantime, I think Texas Tech has won the alignment lottery until that happens. Because all the big schools have left, Tech will be able to outspend damn near anyone in that dinky conference… easy path to the playoffs every year.

It was a mistake, basically.

Mizzou's been to the SEC Championship twice. Granted we got our asses kicked but how many times has aTm, Vandy, South Carolina, or KY been?

Arkansas' been once or twice?

We're what 7 point dogs on the road this weekend against the #11 ranked team and we're playing our third string QB. Yeah, Mizzou doesn't belong and we're lucky.

As for size of the stadium we're currently doing a $250 million upgrade.

Jesus you people are retarded.

Tech talk for high speed processors. They were big in the late 1990’s

Just reaffirms that the Big 12 was truly the minor leagues after A&M left. Must have really hurt watching the TCU, Baylor, Kansas State and OU’s as champions every year.

yes, .500 conference record A&M leaving is what relegated the Big 12 to the minors.

Why hasn't Mizzou won in Austin since 1896?

The coattail riders from Austin and their "rivals" the land thieves simply did as they were told.

The Big 12 was a dead man walking and killing both programs slowly so they had to leave and wanted to stay together for a number of reasons. The B1G would take Texas but not OU because they like AAU schools that are research monsters. Thus the SEC was the logical fit.

Wrong.....trust me I know.

Jon Hamm’s Education
University of Missouri (Columbia) He attended Mizzou, where he was a member of the Delta Upsilon fraternity and graduated with an English degree in 1993.

He participated in a summer acting program, but he did not attend UT as a regular student and was not enrolled in a degree program there.

You guys truly are insecure and pathetic....

What an idiotic statement. You know nothing about the SEC if you think the teams A&M has faced this year are in par with what TCU faced with Big 12 schedule.

Lets not forget that Texas started the downfall of CFB into its current state through its Long Horn Network greed.

Long Horn Network failed. But it was the first domino in the constant realignment camisole.

In short - frick you Texas.

This thread isn’t about records, dipwad, though Mizzou has fared pretty well in the SEC.

The topic is why did you and your brother-lover follow us to the SEC? You two got everything you wanted in the Big 12. Why leave it? Did those huge equal revenue sharing payouts to A&M and Mizzou bother you?

Nebraska left the Big 12 before LHN came about.
