I don’t know about wanting to get fired… but he surely knows there are boosters who are out to get him fired

Do you really think this guy wants to come back to Auburn Alabama and interact with all the people who are attacking him? Unless he is unbelievable forgiving or crazy as batshit I would think not. He is probably meeting with his lawyers at this very minute figuring out how to stick it to AU

No. I was just saying I don’t think he was originally trying to get fired.
And I agree he is likely meeting with lawyers preparing for a legal battle.

For example: you know all about Jerry Jones firing Tom Landry won multiples super bowls with Dallas- Jerry fired him, with Jimmy Johnson very successful Dallas head coach, won multiple super bowls-Jerry fired him, Barry Switzer won a super bowl with Dallas and successful head coach- Jerry fired him.
1. Dallas needed to move on from Landry. Jones just handled it like shite.
2. I think Johnson was ready to leave so that he could recharge for a year or two and take the Dolphins job when Shula retired, which he did. Johnson loves the water and south Florida and figured Marino and the Dolphins just needed the right tweaks instead of a complete overhaul.
Jerry also wanted more glory by being directly in charge of personnel decisions.
Both men got what they wanted and then failed. Johnson never sniffed a Super Bowl in Miami and Dallas had awful drafts in the post-Jimmy ‘90s.
3. Every game the Cowboys won from 1994-1997 was in spite of Switzer.

Just found about Auburn’s new policy that went into affect today where he can be fired for not cooperating with an investigation.
So it puts it all (and your post) in a whole new light.

And you're basing this on what that fricktard Brandon Marcello tweeted?
Refusing to answer questions would be refusing to participate. How is staying in Mexico refusing to participate? Has Marcello never heard of a fricking Zoom call?
Where do these sites like 247 Sports find these morons that write for them?

The policy change has nothing to to with Harsin. He has a duty to cooperate specifically written in his contract. To be precise, section 20 paragraph "C".
IF he wants to play frick frick, buckle up cause he will be back in Idaho with an attitude adjustment and a lot of free time on his hands, along with no buyout..

Forgiving? Harsin is not the victim.

When Kentucky wanted to fire Billy Gillispe he famously refused to answer his phone and just drove around Lexington in circles. Can't find me, can't fire me.

Dude has him a set a of balls. Faggies personally agree and confirm that they were very carefully inspected.
In the most Auburn way possible, if I were any other SEC school besides bama or uga, I would stay quiet (but thoroughly enjoy, as many of us AU fans are doing as well;-) and let things play out. Your crow will be well-severed and deserved if he stays and hands you and your team an L. Be careful what you wish for. Auburn is Auburn and tends to do typical Auburn shite. At the same time, many of those things have never really directly benefited your teams all that much in any meaningful way. No? Maybe even if by a little or just because of the natural order of things in the SEC, the opposite?
If he is retained, and I think he will be, he will be pissed at a lot of people and pissed off about a lot of things. And he deserves to be. And it does seem he does have some important support in certain places. We'll see, and enjoy I am sure, how this all plays out.
I hear a lot about being a cultural fit or not. I can understand probably much better than many here. It takes time to learn. To make mistakes. He doesn't deserve a shitty concerted coup / lynching (and I don't use that term lightly, but he has basically been lynched by a group of haters, it seems. Many of those cite the "cultural fit" thing. Northern, Yankee, Potato Posse etc. vs the GOB network, AU BOT, PTB, talking heads, insiders, blah, blah, etc.
It's fricked up, and another day in the SEC. War Eagle.

Nobody seemed to care that Bruce Pearl refused to talk to Auburn admin when FBI was hanging around. Looks like a double standard with Harsin it’s always interesting when a rule is passed just to go after one individual. Courts should enjoy this.

Can you imagine what could happen at that coaches meeting if he shows up?

How would you feel if your bosses treated you like Harsins boss has treated him?
