I was in a pool at Fort Morgan once and a lady did ask me whether I was from Arkansas or Alabama because I was wearing that hat.

Those two T’s are different. Tennessee’s is rounded a bit on the underside of the crossbar at the top.

The UT logos look pretty damn similar though.

Clearly one of the shittiest posters on the site. I’ll give him credit, it’s tough to be that bad. He’s earned it for sure.

Yes, because the University designed that and not the same graphic design company.

Why did Arky choose an invasive species as a mascot? Schools just do crazy things.

BAMA had it in the 50's. Don't see any Arkansas pics of a script "A" from that period..

Why did Bama copy the houndstooth print and claim it as theirs ? I never saw it on any merchandise prior to 10 years ago, and now they claim they invented it.

It'd be different if he was funny, but his shitty threads always flame out with infinity down votes. He tries to troll but isn't good.

False. Bama's script A logo was created first in 1976 (a decade after the Braves moved to Atlanta), and it was updated to its current look in 2001.

Bama had the Script A way before the Braves moved to Atlanta in 1966.

Here's Coach Bryant in 1961.

With 1961 team

It was brought back in 2006 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Bryant’s passing Amos Alonzo Stagg for most wins all-time.

It was sold on just about anything. But I’m not aware of Alabama claiming they invented it. Everyone knows the story of Bryant getting a houndstooth hat from the Jets owner in the 1960s.
