I think it is well-established that UGA's defense is craptastic. The Hogs could put up 50 on UGA and I wouldn't like their chances against Bama's D.

i don't see them winning that game (the hogs). the spread could/should be around 6 (maybe 9 if arkansas get's beat by uga). i think bama covers.

anything can happen at the Ark/Bama game. either bama blows them out when the game is at Ark. or Ark wins late in the 4th or in OT when they play in Bama. either way, it's always a good game.

it was little bit of an overstatement. I'm not saying that Arkansas wont beat us, who knows, but the reasons he posted (after one game against a high school team) were a little ridiculous.

I think we lose but Arkansas/Alabama is an underrated meeting.
We've had some great games and are maybe 1 game behind an even split (2?) since joining the SEC.
It's one of my favorites.

Va tech was held to 155 yards of offense and still could of beat them. Arkansas has a far better offense Ark puts up 447 passing yards a game to bams 236 Ark puts up 591 to bams 507 of total off. Mallett is a far better Qb than mcelroy Ark gives up 10 points a game to bams 20 bama only hods opponents to 20 less yards a game on d.
Bama is way overrated and will not win the west they will finish 9 and 3 at best
Swing and a miss.
I can't believe anyone gave a legit reply to this crap.

Alabama leads 12-8 all time in series, two bowl matchups before Arkansas joined the SEC. So since, its 10-8 in favor of Alabama.

The funniest part is that he's giving averages for a team that has played one game. How many passing yards against Missouri State? 447. Ok 447 pypg.

There you go.
After 18 seasons had Arkansas won last year it would be a .500 series (not minimizing the arse raping guys).
Point being, it's a damn good series that goes unnoticed by most.

I think we'll learn alot about Bamas secondary in this game.. they'll get a decent test. Not sure what to think of this game..
Arkansas has a weak D.. and if Arkansas wants to win they'll have to do it on the last possession IMO

Some of it wasn't that bad.. Arkansas is capable of burning your DBs.. who if you noticed.. aren't world beaters.

Some of that is Saban's style of defensive play. He likes to leave the corners on an island to bring the heat. High risk high reward. Imagine how sick our D would be with just one legit lockdown corner. Although Javier Arenas is getting pretty good respect, it's the other side that was picked on Sat.

That and poor safety play this season. It's definitely capable of being fixed.. but I think we'll all see how good they really are.
If they step up Bama wins big IMO

Arkansas' defense sucked in the early part of last season, and Bama ran all over them. If they've made even marginal improvement, it should be a good game to watch.

LOL at bringing out the defensive points per game averages, good stuff.
Their offense should make everyone a bit nervous. Their defense, not so much. Maybe it will be improved, I don't know, I spent the last few years in Fayetteville and their D Coordinator comes off as a bit of a moron. BTW Hog fans, does Wally Hall still write 3 articles a week entitled "Hog fans should get behind Petrino." Worst sportswriter ever.

Using your logic, sorry about LSU's third straight loss to Lil Ol Arkie.

Arkansas doesn't blay Bama this week. Check back after the Georgia game and we'll have a little better idea of what kind of team we've got.
