It's because they have realized that their coach is not even the 4th best in the west now, and they are stuck with him until he decides to leave or is fired over NCAA violations. He will tank their program to the bottom tier of the SEC before he leaves, and that will probably be due to sanctions and stripping of all of his fake titles while there.
